Chinese New Year

Chinese New Year ,according to the lunar calendar, starts on the New Moon which is February 3, 2011.  It is celebrated by Asian people all over the world. It heralds new beginnings and a fresh start. At a social level, it is about  family, a time of reunion and thanksgiving.

Each day we will share with you the culture, the tradition, and all the fun that goes into this lively time of the year. In the Western world there are two days of celebration. In the Asian world there are 15 !!

So belt your seat belts and get ready for the ride !!
